The Arkansas Supreme Court recently ruled that our clients claims against Presidential Limousine and Auto Sales, Inc., should have been certified as a class action.

The ruling is the first in Arkansas that allows claims under the Uniform Commercial Code based on dealerships failing to provide correct post-repossession notices to consumers may proceed as class actions.
